Regarding the "=" logic circuit

Hi. The mark "=" it bears misleads to the thought it is a "Equality" circuit (Prison Architect Wiki agrees with that btw), however the truth table (from my in-game experience currently with all DLC's) belongs to the XNOR logic circuit. Is this intended?

Noticed it too. Also to my knowledge it used to be able to transmit a signal when it had an input, but this is no longer the case (you can use other gates for this tho).
The "=" circuit also seems to be the only one affected in behaviour when connected to standard electrical cables undernearth and/or when connected to logic bridges.
