I had a short break from HOI & AoD (about 10-11 years) and during that time I was modding my AoD Tripartie installation to bring back an Austro-Hungarian Empire as a paternal autocratic government.

This new empire starts in 1936 with a united Austria and Hungary as Austro-Hungary allied with Turkey. Can they they deal, fight, enter and leave alliances, and bide their time to regain Tyrol, Polish Galicia, Czechoslovakia, Transylvania, and their Balkan territories? Can Turkey regain French Syria and Lebanon, British controlled Iraq and the Middle East, the Saudi Arabian peninsula, Egypt, Italian controlled Libya, and push their luck with a reconquest of the Caucasus'? Can they play the Allies against the Axis to regain territory that each alliance holds? Or will they join one of these alliances, switch between, or neither? It's all choices you will need to make as the player. The road will be long, you could see alliances vanish and nations change but you have you own agenda.

I'm currently updating my mod to work as a scenario within the Irön Fist mod. My mod currently works with my AoD Tripartie installation but before I release it I want to ensure it works with a generic AoD and Boulvard's Irön Fist mod. Not to mention suggestions from you all.

So without further adieu let me start with what I have now and a change that Khor brought up.

Since the end of WWI, both Austria and Hungary suffered from economic depression, riots, revolts, and change of governments. Austria came out of the February Uprising with Chancellor Engelbert Dollfuss seizing power, tying Austria's government to the Catholic church, and attempting to dissolve the National Council. His attempt to dissolve the National Council outrage the people and he was forcibly removed from power by the people. As the new government was formed in 1934, it kept it's close ties to the Roman Catholic church and sought to reinstate the House of Habsburg within a constitutional monarchy under the young Otto. Hungary was going through it's own problems. The Hungarian Revolutions of 1918-1919 and a short lived republic (1919-1920) saw the emergence of the Kingdom of Hungary in 1920. With the support of royalists, Charles IV fought to regain the throne of Hungary only to fail due to regent Miklós Horthy's lack of support and (more importantly) the threat of war from their neighbors if Charles IV was given the crown. Miklós Horthy's lack of support of Otto's father didn't deter him from congratulating young Otto on his acquisition to the Austrian throne in April 1934. After the ceremonies, Miklós and Otto were discussing the harsh similarities of both country's histories since WWI and how the lost of economic territories caused both countries to suffer when Miklós presented Otto with a proposal. Germany was pressuring Austria. They outlawed the National Socialist and Fascist parties. Hungary and Austria had former provinces with armies on all their borders except one, Italy. They once were the second largest country in Europe, the third most populous in Europe, and the fourth largest industry in the world. They agreed to meet in secret to discuss combining their nations powers, military, industries, and futures under a new Austria-Hungary constitutional monarchy. One that would look to regain lands lost.. The Habsburg Horthy pact was forged. Looking East they sought a former ally to help regain those lands and the lands lost by that ally. And the Austria-Hungary Turkey alliance was born.

Events:
To keep some surprises I won't mention all the new events for Turkey and AusHun but here are a few teasers:
  • Sudetenland Unrest - Done
  • Return of Tyrol/Trento Negotiations - Done
  • Nachbarn Vereinbarung (Neighbor Agreement) - (Done) A side deal to the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact that Hitler offers AusHun
  • Czechoslovakian annexation events - Done
  • Yugoslavian annexation events - Done
  • Serbian Unrest - Done
  • Albanian Crisis
  • Assimilate former Czechoslovakian leaders - Done
  • Assimilate former Yugoslavian leaders - Done
  • Create new naval tech team (Done) (reconstitute Austro-Hungary's Naval Academy)
  • Send teams to friendly nation(s) for training (Done) to increase their skill and plans (possibly gain traits). Player loses tech team(s) while training.
  • Saudi tensions
As it stands I'm still looking for aHistorical events that are based on actually historical events. It could be amendments to an existing event like the Nachbran Agreement above or a totally new event. Below you will see a good suggestion/change that I'll be fixing/changing today regrading Otto I.

If Done this denotes that all events, teams, pictures, and text () are finished. Basically if Done then it is totally completed.

I'm also modding the other nations and all of my modding does work with all of the basic (1936-1944) campaigns, Doomsday, The Abyss, and Armageddon.

Here are event spoilers:

I like the sound of RLL mod, but aligning against Italy is a bad idea. Both Hungary and Austria had quite an Italian support in the '20s and '30s. One of the biggerst trade partner of Hungary was Italy. It helped its rearmament and political ambitions. Similarly Austrian independence was guaranteed by Italy. If Italy is lead by Mussolini in your mod, than even a reborn AH would not have Italy as an enemy.
Ah but I use "Return of Tyrol" events where Germany intercedes on AusHun behalf...like the Vienna Dictate. So there wouldn't be a war between Italy and AusHun unless AusHun forgoes the "Return of Tyrol" events. Since Trento (where Tyrol is in) has only 1 IC, 1 energy, and 80 infra it's not that great/valuable of a province. I was going to edit the map tbl files to create the a Tyrol province but wanted to keep the RLL mod compatible with AoD. Also the relationship between AusHun and Italy is good as AusHun is paternal autocrat (considered by the game as a dictatorship). The equipment that AusHun uses is mostly Italian and German then (late in the game) some move to the higher technologies of UK and USA. Historically, even with the Vienna Dictate, Hungary and Romania were allies during WWII.

Also while technically Otto was the heir to the AH throne, I think a much more capable would have been chosen as Head of State for both nations:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archduke_Joseph_August_of_Austria
Why agree to a young and unskilled ruler, if you have Archduke Joseph? He was a candidate for the Hungarian throne for decades. He was already once a Head of State. He was immensly popular in both nations. He is a skilled military commander of ww1 and fot the last, he already has capable children, so succession wouldn't be an issue from the start.
You just can't find a better and more capable candidate.
This is frickin incredible! Love this idea! It actually fits better with the aHistorical description since Horthy was against Otto's father (Charles/Karl I). Would Horthy actually support Charles/Karl I's son if he didn't support Charles/Karl I? I'm going to redo the description a little to remove Otto and insert Joseph. I'll remove the Otto I paternal autocrat minister file I created but still keep the Otto I benevolent gentleman minister file. I don't recall if Archduke Joseph has any minister, or leader, file. I'll have to check that out. Probably create 2 minister files, a paternal autocrat and another type after reading more on Joseph....any suggestions? I will create a tech team around Joseph that could help in inf doctrines.

The new rewritten mod description:

And the Austria-Hungary Turkey alliance was born.

Now on to creating the minister and leader files for Joseph August I. What trait(s)? I will do a paternal autocrat Head of State minister file but we would need another if the player starts heading down a more democratic path...social conservative? Benevolent gentleman?

Well Horthy had his own plans about the Kingdom, but the Archduke was his close friend. Every sane minded person in Hungary at that time tought that Joseph would be a better king by a mile. Yes, there were legitimists with Otto, but they were sidelined.
Just for some historical info, I present you the info about the candidates for the Kingdom of Hungary 1920-1945

I. Karl IV. (The historical title for him and as King of Hungary he was not Karl I, but Karl IV.) He tried to claim the throne twice, but he was unsuccesfull.
II. Otto (the legitimist pretender, son of Karl IV.)
III. Horthy. He was offered the crown multiple times, but he turned down. Than his oldest son was chosen, but Horthy denied that too, although he made him deputy governor. Than his grandson was chosen and surprisingly he was open for the idea, that his grandson would become king.)
IV. Archduke Joseph.
V. Archduke Joseph Francis (son of Archduke Joseph). He was considered along with his father and also separately from him.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archduke_Joseph_Francis_of_Austria
VI. Archduke Albrecht. The final Habsburg not from the main line to be considered.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archduke_Albrecht_Franz,_Duke_of_Teschen
VII. Various Hungarian nobles like. Eszterházy, Cseszneky, Széchenyi etc.
VIII. The Romanian king. I'm not joking. He was considered as king of Hungary to create an AH version as Romania-Hungary or some similar name. The theory was that with this, the Treaty of Trianon would be nullified peacefully and further Romanian ambitions would be pointless.
IX. King of Italy. The Italians did give huge amount of loan, economial aid, Ansaldo tanks, Caprioni planes etc. The Italian and Hungarian ambitions were similar so it was logical in some political mind. The shared border would have been achieved after the invasion of Yugoslavia. So the Italo-Hungarian Kingdom, or something like that.
X. Prince Filiberto. After Victor Emmanuel III. Refused, the supporters of the idea pressed for Prince Filiberto.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Emanuele_Filiberto,_Duke_of_Aosta
XI. Prince Aimone. After the death of prince Filiberto, some supported Aimone, his son.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Aimone,_Duke_of_Aosta
XII. Harold Hamsworth. He was a popular journalist who supported and propagated the unfairness of the Treaty of Trianon. This gathered him immense support from the people. So much, that he catapulted as a candidate for the crown of Hungary.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Harmsworth,_1st_Viscount_Rothermere
XIII. Esmond Hamsworth. The son of Harold. Proposed as a king with his father and separate from him too.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esmond_Harmsworth,_2nd_Viscount_Rothermere
XIV. Prince Henry, from the house of Windsor.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Henry,_Duke_of_Gloucester

I think I have gathered all claimants here. Some were supported by the people and some just by a few politicians. Some were pressed by an inner circle and some by just their loyal lackeys. i think Hungary didn't have a king in that perioed because there was so many probabilities.
If anyone wants more info about them, just ask here, or write me a pm.
KR did a good job in their events, bacuse this list could always change depending on the alternate history scenario. So if Germany won ww1 and the German monachy is a Great Power, than at least one German noble would have been considered.

I tought about your timeline and it can work. You just have to kill Horthy. :D
Jokes aside he was more of a problem in the restoration, than a solution.
He supported the Archduke, but he didn't wanted to relinquish power.
So have him be killed by a car accident in 1934 by Yugoslavian agents as a retaliation of the death of Alexander I. Hungary probably had a hand in it, but it was never assured.
The public would enraged. The Prime Minister Gyula Gömbös was a Habsburg loyalist, so he would pressure the parliament to make Joseph king and create a greater army to defend against the Little Entente.
1934 is also problematic in Austria and the Austrian Parliament fearing a German Anschluss instead offers Hungary the restoration of Austria-Hungary.
(If I remember correctly the Germans already in 1934 pressured Austria, but backed down.)
So one party is already believable. The next part is Turkey.

Gyula Gömbös was a nationalist in the meaning that he wanted Hungary to have a bigger role in the world stage and he wanted the nationalities to accept Hungarian leadership.
He lead and created a few nationalist organizations like Society of Etelköz and Alliance of Turul. He was also Pan-Turanist in the meaning that he propagated a closer friendship with Turanic nations. (Turkic actually, but the name Turan was more liked.)
He would open up to Turkey and offer them help to create a Turkic Empire. As the Prime Minister of AH, he would have considerable power to forge strong and lasting alliances.

Some toughts you could sondier in your mod:

- alliance with japan. Hungary and Turkey already considered Japan a Turanian nation, altough it was never really an issue anywhere. This could multiply in your mod.
- if you want it, you could already have a war in 1934 between AH and Germany. Germany after the creating of AH and after its growing influence would crack down on southern catholics and the AH leaning nobility which could culiminate in the rebellion of Bavaria and Baden-Würtemberg. They would ally with AH.
The SA could have a bigger role with Röhm catapulting in the top of the government beside Hitler. Soviet support could also arrive to Germany. (Don't forget, that in 1934 the Reich and the Soviet Union still had great ties.)
If you want, you can also have wwII in 1934. Soviet Union would officially ally with Germany.
The tags would be: Soviet Union, Germany on one side, AH, France, Britain, Turkey, Japan on the other. (You can also have an event where France quits the war against Germany and the Soviet Union and joins their side. Communists were popular in France.)
Italy is a wild card. He could be influenced to join any of the sides.
The smaller nations would choose a side too.

I. Karl IV. (The historical title for him and as King of Hungary he was not Karl I, but Karl IV.) He tried to claim the throne twice, but he was unsuccesfull.
So would his full title be?
Charles I Emperor of Austria, King Karl IV of Hungary

As for the others I already looked at them except for:
  • The Romanian king
  • Prince Aimone
  • Harold Hamsworth
  • Prince Henry
Archduke Joseph only used the name Joseph, so his title would have been Joseph III.
Thanks! I've changed that.
What would be his Hungarian title? King ### of Hungary?

So here's the new description (notice the King ???? of Hungary):
Since the end of WWI, both Austria and Hungary suffered from economic depression, riots, revolts, and change of governments. Austria came out of the February Uprising with Chancellor Engelbert Dollfuss seizing power, tying Austria's government to the Catholic church, and attempting to dissolve the National Council. The public would enraged. The Prime Minister Gyula Gömbös was a Habsburg loyalist, so he would pressure the parliament to make Joseph king and create a greater army to defend against the Little Entente.
I have an event that does take Horthy out of power but doesn't kill him, in October 1939. "The Prime Minister Gyula Gömbös was a Habsburg loyalist..." but what I read it's the opposite. Gyula Gömbös was a critic of the Habsburgs and Hungary being under Austria, although he did support an alliance with Austria. So I couldn't see him replacing Horthy. Besides, didn't Gömbös die in 1936?

Gömbös does fit nicely into the alliance with Turkey but his death in 1936 and being a Hungarian nationalist would need to be overcome. Since this is all aHistorical, he could die at the age of 70. This would make his death October 1957. But I would still have the issue of him working with a Habsburg, which he wouldn't do (IMO).
This is all aHistorical so we can bend things to fit the narrative but I'm thinking Horthy dies in late1938, Gömbös becomes PM and works to get rid of the Habsburgs upon ascending to PM to early 1939 where Austro-Hungary will be led by Hungarians. So Prince Paul would ascend to the Austro-Hungarian throne as Paul V. Now we can use Horthy's new death, early 1938, as an Yugoslavian (state) supported assassination (after an investigation into the car accident event) to build/place forces on the Yugoslavian border and invasion.

This would work with an event I have that creates a Balkan and Asian Defense Alliance (BATA). Events could bring Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, and Serbia into the alliance with Imperial Japan, a China puppet of Imperial Japan, and other Japanese puppets. These events would be based on the Soviets pushing Germany back and their advance getting close to Romania (keeping the Balkans away from the Soviet sphere of influence) AND events that work the other way. So if the Armistice of Cassibile occurs, Allies have a successful D-Day, and Paris has been retaken, then BATA events would fire off. If Japan is at war with the Allies, Soviets, just the US, or any combination(s) of these, then the BATA events would still fire but no alliance(s) with Asian nations allied to Japan.

Now all of this would mean I have to modify some current events and create more events. Right now I'm working on some ai switches for Austro-Hungary and Turkey.

Scenario Update

  • I've stopped all work for AoD 1.10 and just concentrating on AoD 1.12.
  • I currently have all of the Austria-Hungary events, graphics, and ai files done.
  • Currently working on the Turkish events and graphics.

Scenario Update

I'm a bit over 1/3 done porting over the TriPartie Pack into the AoD 1.12 patch release, updating graphics, models, pictures, and the RLL AI & events. Looking to have a playable beta in 7 -10 days. Not sure if the beta will have all of the Turkey events & AI completed but it will be playable either as a human controlled Turkey with an AI Austria-Hungary or a human controlled Austria-Hungary with full military control over Turkey (both of these options already in my AoD 1.08.

o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Change year from 1939 to 1936 since the first airborne operations were conducted in 1933 (by USSR) and then with a much large force of men later in 1936. This gave them the ability to form an airborne regiment. A division would just be more men, supplies, and planes (TOE)
o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Added a prerequiste of Basic Air Transport (4250). Can't conduct large airborne operations out of bombers
o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Changed required tech of 1030 (Basic Infantry Division) to 1020 (Early Infantry Division)

I had an uncle, aunt (aeronautical engineer that worked on the B-24), and dad that had worked at Consolidated Aircraft (later Convair). They said it took 3 to 6 weeks, mostly 6 weeks, from design (researched tech) to retool/start production.

o misc.txt, _EV_MAX_SLIDER_DISSENT_, For moving slider before timeout - Changed from 18 back to 9. 18 is a ridiculous number (doubled from default AoD...6) for moving a slider 1 tick. 18 represents to harsh a punishment, especially for human players who want to sandbox/what ifs a country.

Hi folks,
I've been modding away organizing the game screens, creating some new units, updating graphic, and porting my events/scripts over to 1.12. However, it might appear that I'll need to stop the on the AoD RLL importation to 1.12. I'm waiting to see some answers to questions I've ask. Right now I'm leaning to switching over to the 1.11 release. I'm playing a game testing the that release for any bugs or weird crap in it. So if you know of anything I should be aware of in 1.11, please let me know.

• Ministers (...\db\ministers):
o Added new minister file for Austria-Hungary
o ministers_U91.csv is using a 6 digit number from 999999 backwards to 999981 because it conflicted with my user defined country, scenario, and scenario event files.

o Renamed all leader files that began with leadersUxxx.csv by removing the leaders (leadersU99.csv is now just U99.csv)
o When renaming the files (above bullet) there were two conflicts since the files already existed:
       - leadersU74.csv - U74.csv: Compared both files to see which one should be kept. The leadersU74.csv has 7 digit IDs and we want digit IDs. The U74.csv has 6 digit IDs. Deleted the leadersU74.csv file
       - leadersU87.csv - U87.csv: Same as above. Deleted leadersU87.csv for same reason.
    o

o misc.txt - Changed Startup Retooling Time from 80 days to 4 weeks (30 days). During research an industry with need to do mock-ups and some retooling just to build experimental/concept vehicles/equipment. I had an uncle, aunt (aeronautical engineer that worked on the B-24), and dad that had worked at Consolidated Aircraft (later Convair). They said it took 3 to 4 weeks, mostly 4 weeks, from design (researched tech) to retool/start production.
o misc.txt - Retooling Time from 40 to 14 days. Same reason as above.
o misc.txt, _EV_MAX_SLIDER_DISSENT_, For moving slider before timeout - Changed from 18 to 9. 18 is too high a number for moving a slider 1 tick. 18 represents to harsh a punishment, especially for human players who want to sandbox/what ifs a country's direction (e.g. Mexico becomes fascist or national socialist)
o misc.txt, _EV_TIME_BETWEEN_SLIDER_CHANGES - Time between slider changes - Changed from 1 year (360) to 3 months (90). What if a human player is sand boxing/what if a country? It severely restricts the human player.
o misc.txt - _EV_MAX_DISSENT_FOR_SLIDER_MOVE_ - Changed from 15 to 30. What if a human player is sand boxing/what if a country? It severely restricts the human player.
o misc.txt - _EV_TP_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 0 to 2. Allows for transports to have Camouflage and Improved Hull
    o misc.txt - _EV_BC_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 4 to 5.
    o misc.txt - _EV_CA_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 3 to 4.
    o misc.txt - _EV_CL_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 2 to 3.
    o misc.txt - _EV_DD_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 1 to 2.
o misc.txt - _EV_CVL_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 1 to 3. CVLs can now have LCAG, Camouflage, and Improved Hull
o misc.txt - _EV_CV_MAX_ATTACH - Changed from 1 to 3. CVs can now have LCAG, Camouflage, and Improved Hull
o misc.txt - Naval Leader Command Limit (nr of ships), Rank 0 - Changed from 30 to 40. The US, at times, task forces of this size.
o misc.txt - Naval Leader Command Limit (nr of ships), Rank 1 - Changed from 18 to 24.
o misc.txt - Delay in hours after a combat ends before new orders can be given - Changed from 24 to 12 hours.
o misc.txt - Penalty for artillery bombarder being attacked by enemy land units - Changed from -0.5 # 50% penalty to 0.05. Way too high a penalty for units with an artillery attachment. Why should a unit being attacked have an artillery disadvantage? If -0.5 causes a 50% penalty then the artillery attachment is zero combat effectiveness. A unit is considered combat ineffective once they are at (or below) 60%. A 50% penalty puts them at 50%, which is combat ineffective.
o misc.txt - _RV_MAX_TECH_SLOTS_ - Changed from 10 to 15. This allows UK, Germany, USA, Japan and others nations that have improved their IC above 300 to maximize their research (since _RV_SLOT_IC_INCREMENT_ is 20)
    o country.csv - U01;DarkOrange;ENG;MIN;X to U01;DarkBrown;AUS;AUS;X for Austria-Hungary
    o country.csv - CZE;DarkGreen;ENG;FRA;X to CZE;LightBlue;CZE;CZE;X
    o country.csv - ALB;DarkBrown;ENG;ITA;X to ALB;DarkYellow;ENG;ITA;X
    o country.csv - AUS;Brown;AUS;GER;X to AUS;DarkBrown;AUS;GER;X
    o country.csv - HUN;DarkYellow;HUN;HUN;X to HUN;DarkGreen;HUN;HUN;X

o aircraft.txt, NOTE - Regarding the interceptor model renumbering. This was done so that players can upgrade from Advanced Interceptor to Turbojet Interceptor without having their current interceptors go through (the unrealistic) Basic and Improved rocket interceptors upgrades. The rocket inceptors were a research stepping stone to producing turbojets. What countries mass produced any rocket planes? None.

• db directory (...\db\tech):
o air_doctrines_tech.txt, Air Superiority Doctrine - Change year from 1933 to 1920 since WWI air combat was mostly about air superiority
o air_doctrines_tech.txt, Flying Circus Doctrine - Change year from 1936 to 1933 since countries still researched and trained during the interwar period
o air_doctrines_tech.txt, Force Substitution Doctrine - Change year from 1936 to 1933 since countries still researched and trained during the interwar period

o infantry_tech.txt, BasicCavalry Division - Change year from 1937 to 1932 since countries still researched, built, and trained cavalry during the interwar period
o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Change year from 1939 to 1936 since the first airborne operations were conducted in 1933 (by USSR) and then with a much large force of men later in 1936. This gave them the ability to form an airborne regiment. A division would just be more men, supplies, and planes (TOE)
o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Added a prerequiste of Basic Air Transport (4250). Can't conduct large airborne operations out of bombers
o infantry_tech.txt, Early Airborne Division - Changed required tech of 1030 (Basic Infantry Division) to 1020 (Early Infantry Division)
o land_doctrines_tech, Air Land Battle - Added ability to upgrade engineer '43 to engineer '46

o naval_doctrines_tech, Naval Firepower Doctrine - Changed year from 1937 to 1924. USA, UK, France, Japan, etc. all had this ability during the interwar period
o naval_doctrines_tech, Fleet Auxiliary Carrier Doctrine - Changed year from 1937 to 1936. USA, UK, France, Japan, etc. all had this ability during the interwar period
o naval_doctrines_tech, Fleet Auxiliary Submarine Doctrine - Changed year from 1937 to 1924. USA, UK, France, Japan, etc. all had this ability during the interwar period. Heck even Germany and Austria-Hungary had this at the end of WWI
o naval_doctrines_tech, Fleet-in-Being Doctrine - Added basic camoflauge. If the sealane interdiction (German) naval tract doctrines has basic camoflauge, why not the other naval doctrine tracts? Not like UK and the USA didn't have camoflauge paint schemes.
o naval_doctrines_tech, Naval Attrition Doctrine - Added basic camoflauge. If the sealane interdiction (German) naval tract doctrines has basic camoflauge, why not the other naval doctrine tracts? Not like UK and the USA didn't have camoflauge paint schemes.
o naval_doctrines_tech, Indirect Strike Doctrine - Added basic camoflauge. If the sealane interdiction (German) naval tract doctrines has basic camoflauge, why not the other naval doctrine tracts? Not like UK and the USA didn't have camoflauge paint schemes.

o armor_tech.txt, Tankette - Changed year from 1936 to 1927 since tank design still progressed throughout the interwar period.
o armor_tech.txt, Advance Medium Tank - Remarked out deactivate light armour since it's used for SP Arty and I have plans to expand on the light tank techs for use with airborne divisions after 1950s
o naval_tech, Great War Light Cruiser - Removed the Secondary Arament brigade/attachment research since it is a captial brigade/attachment. Why use one naval ship (1918 light cruiser, non-capital at that) to activate a capital brigade/attachment? What happen if one doesnt research light cruisers?
o naval_tech, Great War Battleship, Heavy Cruiser, and Battlecruiser - Now researches and activates the ('18) Secondary Arament brigade/attachment. This way a capital ship is researching a capital brigade/attachment. Additionally it takes only one capital ship (not CV or CVL) line to activate the Secondary Arament brigade/attachment. So to activate the Secondary Arament brigade/attachment, one must reseach a capital ship (non CV orCVL) to get the capital brigade/attachment
o naval_tech, Great War Battleship, Heavy Cruiser, and Battlecruiser - Now researches the ('36) Secondary Arament brigade/attachment.
o naval_tech, Great War Battleship, Heavy Cruiser, and Battlecruiser - Now researches the ('41) Secondary Arament brigade/attachment.

o naval_tech, Advance escort carrier - Researches the 1945 (capital and non-capital) spotters.
o naval_tech, Advance escort carrier - Researches the 1947 (capital and non-capital) spotters. Will create a new Float Reconnaissance Plane tech tree in the aircraft screen then move all spotters to it.
o infantry_tech.txt, Mechanized Divisions - Every Mechanized Division level (Basic through Elite) researches a new level ('40, '43, '44, '45, '47, '51, and '61) of the new Mechanized Upgrade attachment. This allows an light infantry division (not motorized, airborne, cavalry, ACR) to be upgraded to the same states as mechanized divisions,
    o
• Scenarios (...\scenarios)
    o Added new folder/scenario 1936RLL
o Edited the u01.inc file to update the new minister IDs

Scenario Update:

I have some good news and some bad news. First the bad news...

I have stopped all work on this for the 1.12 build. I am currently working on the 1.13 release team and it is taking up my time to do this mod.

Now the good news. This means that this mod will work with the 1.13 release when the release comes out.
