stony road: play as axis, allies have the advantage
rising sun: play as Japan, allies have the advantage
world tumbling: play as allies or comintern, axis/Japan has the advantage.
I think the Allies have the advantage in all three.
Stony Road (German) you get to research, make a lot of weapons, and try to take over the world. It's a significant challenge.
The USA scenerio isn't as much of a challenge.
I haven't finished the Japanese scenerio, but my guess is that it is the hardest one, in terms of trying to expand and stay alive.
