In the most recent "legacy" version of the mod, a few buildings of the hospital indicate "red" changes to attrition/supply limit to the province. Is it just a wrong color, or there are issues with the mod? E.g. in the file "000_CK2Plus_hospital_buildings.txt", at "#Sick House" building, you see:
