So I read the description for level 1 and it reads "All income reduced by 30%".

What does this mean exactly? Im assuming its ALL income. Food, energy, research, ect, because the voidtech doomsday specfically says reduces energy income by 30%.

Clarification would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm going to assume it reduces all income by 30%. I've never used it because it's quicker to take the city than to use the basically useless operation because AI has bonuses needed to shrug it off.

I would take it at its word that it hits 30% of all income. It seems likely to me that this is only the core 4 resources, not cosmite and influence.

Really though, even against a player, you should just take the city. The op is useful if you want the combat effects during the assault, but it's still pretty expensive even for that. Counter ops are incredibly efficient means of removing any kind of duration based op like this, which renders it almost useless.
