There is possibility to give British Raj independence though the National Focus if you play United Kingdom, but for the others I have no idea.

Why would a British player specifically choose a national focus to give away the crown jewel of his empire? That seems silly. I was talking about opportunities for a more dynamic experience for anyone playing as the Raj.

Well I would think it may come as part of a Commonwealth DLC. At present unless you want to go fascist or communist no.
