played as Carthage and conquered all of Iberia. I got the Achievment Punic Acendence in Game and it counted. But Steam did not count it. I closed the game as I got the Achievement. And when I noticed it did not count, I restarted and played for another ingame year. Steam still did not count it. What can I do?

I don't know what could cause this.
You mean literally AS you got it? Were you online at the time?
It took over a day for steam to finally count it. I got the achievement ingame about 3 times and it took about 50 ingame years to process.
