Before, sorry for my english. I write because I think... the game it have all the functions (Ficticies laws, transport, education, industries) but the game dont have a tool or a function who make the "funny" to the public who play this game for "practice our administration".
For example:
All the people knows who the reserves are depleted and dont exist anything function (beyond who the IA of the game inform messages "My house have a dump, the car dont go to my house, the aire are dirty" or the population of the game (Is not complicated with programation, if my build consume more of 80% of the Petroleum my population want a stop because in the future my citie can be problems on this industry
I know who is complicated to make on some programmer tool but is not impossible because.
The education system needs more money for make new proyects or tesis or experiments and wants to the parlament more money (If the population have more specialist with tittle "lawyers, Politicts, etc"
