province name is weird

Description​

As France, I have finished my mission "The French Channel", and it changed the province name in a very weird way. According to eu4 wiki, province 1269 had to change its name to "Basse-Côte". Yet it hasn't. I think that weird "o" was encoded incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce​

I don't think the bug needs any step to occur.

I would assume the problem is related to the fact that you screenshots are named in and you PC is set to Korean.

I had a game as France and got the exact same problem. And for those wondering, my PC is set to French. I tried to mod the game myself using "ô" in the french missions file and still got this weird typo ingame
