Prop line tool mod functionality

I think it would be great to see something similar to the prop line tool mod incorporated into the game. This would allow us to quickly and easily create lines of bushes, hedges, rocks, trees etc. This would also allow us to quickly and easily create lines of the new tile decals from the new Plazas and Promenades DLC.
