Hello, I encountered a problem with downloading mods. Large mods are not downloaded at all, they are added to the list and next to the size of the mod, it is written -1.21 GB

How can i fix it? Please help me

You might want to use Irony Mod Launcher instead. It has a conflict detector that might be able to help.
