Goal: Increase the difficulty of the game, both for domestic politicking and challenge from AI-countries. If powerbase and loyalty mechanics are tweaked just right, the challenge of domestic politics can scale in a way that keeps players on edge - even late in the game with a large realm.

Recommended difficulty: Hard.

This mod increases the importance of character powerbase and makes it faster and easier for characters to obtain more power through scheming for holdings and loyal cohorts / veterans.

In addition, the Mod makes AI countries a bit more active and aggressive and to handle integration and cultural decisions a bit smarter.

Finally, the mod reduces various sources of +/- to civil war threshold and tweaks the AI cheats for Hard / very hard and antagonist tags.

hard AI gets less morale modifier% but also gets bonuses to:
- Base morale (1-2 techs worth)
- Morale recovery (0.02 - 0.04)
- Commerce (10-15%)
- Tech investment (10-15%)

#ToDo : Add new character interactions for more convenient granting and revoking of several holdings at a time.

I patched in a buff to family estates today, and added an event that highlights when estates are built or expanded upon.
