I bought the game off GG, and every time I try and DL the online manual it takes so long it seems like it will never download. Maybe its just a lot of traffic. Anyway, its 1630 to 1638, just like EU III.
Maybe all that MP advice should be stickied in here somewhere, since its good advice.
The metaserver was busy tonight, and several games were going on, and we got our game going as well. Game was rock solid, and loads of fun.
I'll try and get the manual to download again.
