Ok, here's a mod approaching the idea from a different perspective. Muslim, Pagan, and Jewish religions are represented as Orthodox + an appropriate religion trait, with events modified to match.

I added an event to give claims between cross-religion neighbors.

All comments welcome; I've tested that this starts up, but have not done extensive testing.

You should be able to unzip the download into your CK (with DV and the latest beta) directory, and then start. I recommend backing up the CK install first.

Amazing. I have no memory of ever doing this, which I guess makes sense in light of the 2010 date.
Accidently found it one year searching the forum. ;)

I didn't dig deep enough into the files to know and it's a while ago, but as far as i recall
it was basically a smart way to make muslims playable and add events and immersion,
so much more than only making them playable via exe hack as in the
muslim pagan-playable mod by Beliayev.

What i found interesting was that yours was also released first, as it appears a month earlier,
but got not that much attention going by the number of replies.

The amount of attention is always random. I think a lot of people were obsessed with the literal "get Muslims playable", whereas I was more focused on the "make the game work for playable Muslims the same way as intended though the current systems." But obviously the moment has passed.
