Noticed an update was out, so I went to the dlc tab via game main menu it now says "go to store" instead of "coming soon" and was able to install the dlc (I have deluxe edition)....but (yes there is a but) new species don't appear to be selectable as yet, until tomorrow.

Anyone have any idea what time? Will it be9:00 p.m. PST tonight (Midnight Eastern) like most releases?
If you click on "go to store" under the plantiods picture it will take you to the plantiods store page which is not available via the normal stellaris store page.
When downloaded it will say "active" with a tick and "X" to deactivate dlc.

You can buy the DLC. You can also buy the Stellaris: Deluxe Upgrade Pack that is the season pass for DLC
