Pause game when loading a save

I think the title is pretty self-explanatory:

It would be nice if the game were paused when loading a save. Or to at least have that option.

The game automatically running at whatever speed it was at when the game was saved often scares me for a moment and I feel the need to rush to pause the game to get my bearings before letting it run.
