Please help me in this technical error, I already reinstalled the game but still it wont work.

Paradox Launcher v2 Setup Ended Prematurely

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Please try this:
- exit the Steam app entirely
- uninstall Paradox Launcher v2 from the Windows "Apps and features" utility, if still present.
Delete the following folders if still present:
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.
- run steam.exe as the Windows Admin user
- run the game from the PLAY button in Steam
IF that doesn't help, in this folder are some .log files:
C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
Please attach them here.

Where I can uninstalled this paradox installer? can you give some example maybe like a print screen

I already add steam.exe and my game.exe in my window defender, I dont have anti-virus in my programs.
Don't worry about that bit, just proceed through the rest of the steps please.

I followed all of your step but still it doesn't work!!! Exit steam, Delete folder, Run as Administration And the log files you told is already in this folder. So what you want me to do?
Please atacch that log file here as a text file, thanks. And any other .log files in that folder.

We can see from that log that the launcher has not updated itself. Let's try forcing an update of the launcher.
Download the installer package for Windows: https://forumcontent.paradoxplaza.com/emailsignatures/2020.6.2-win-prod.zip
Unpack the file you just downloaded and place the three files in the Steam folder for the game you're having issues with. If asked if you want to replace already existing files click "yes" - that's a sign you are in the right place!
Then please repeat the launcher reinstall procedure from post #2 above.

Yes, still the same problem with the updated launcher, unfortunately.

- Download the attached cities.txt file
- rename it to cities.bat (NOT cities.bat.txt or anything else!)
- Place the .bat file in your game's install folder (In the same place as your cities.exe)
- Right click the game in your Steam library
- Go to properties
- Select Set Launch Options
- Copy and Paste cities.bat %command% into the input box
- Select Ok
- Run the game

First of all you need to start your own thread. The launcher has gone through several version updates since this one.
