Not sure what to do.

Well I can play the game at full speed, and there is no issue with the map loading. The only issue I keep having is little black lines that blink on the map, I don't think it is a bug, but does anyone know what it could be?

Update graphics drivers? That fixes that on Victoria II mods so maybe it'll do the trick here
Also make sure unnecessary graphics DLCs arent loaded [the mod doesn't use the CoAs for instance and every little bit helps the game run smoother]
Thats all guessing though
