No audio (*.ogg files) in russian version

Hello!

I bought the Russian version of the KA2 and found a nasty bug - when i'm select English language in game options, Steam downloaded .ogg audio files into videos folder, so intro and outro movies plays with sound. But the choice of the Russian language .ogg files are not loaded - the sounds are unavailable in all movies.

Delete and reinstall has no effect.

Russian version is a semi-localized version which means all voice-overs are in English, and it is subtitled in Russian.
The only problem is if you don't hear the English voice-over either. Is this the case?
