BEACH SPECIALIZATION:
To get to Beach Items: Click Landmarks. There will be a beach icon in the menu. Scroll to that tab. There will be multiple things like "Umbrellas, Towels, Lifeguard Items, Cabanas, etc."
These items MUST be placed on a beach or you get an error: "This building must be placed on a beach." rather than: "This building must be placed roadside." When the beach is zoned as Tourism, Residential Areas will change. 2 new paths will be available: Concrete Boardwalk Path and Wooden Boardwalk Path.


Low Density: Turn into private beach houses.
High Density: Turn into condos and penthouses.




NEW UNIQUE BUILDING: Bank
The Bank is an amazing way to enjoy the feeling of being trusted to hold someone's money.


CHANGE THE STYLE OF THE GAME:
The game style is a bit too, let's say, cartoon-ish? It would be better if we had some other style and better realism in the game.



PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FEES:
Public Transportation Fees will generate a revenue for your city. You can set an amount of money needed to ride public transportation.



MORE LEISURE:
More leisure will add things such as community pools, arcades, roller skating, ice skating, bowling, and golf courses.
(For certain leisure buildings like The Arcade, The Casino, The Pools, The Roller Skate building, The Ice Skating Rink, The Bowling Alley, and the Golf Courses, you can set a fee in order to get into the building.)



CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS:
Instead of manually tearing down abandoned buildings or repairing roads destroyed by that awful tornado, a construction crew will be dispatched to automatically tear down the abandoned building or repair a road instead of you having to do it. Another idea is paving roads. Whenever a road sits for a long time, it will need to be paved. If it's not paved for a while, the road will become destroyed, thus needing to be repaired.

(PART OF CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS)
DETOURS: Select detours on roads where you do not want your Cims to go. Can be helpful with road maintenance and
WILL BE USEFUL FOR COLLISIONS AND CRASHES. (Added in response to cafemajor. Hopefully this is a better idea.)


COLLISIONS AND CRASHES:
This seems more like a disaster but anyways, whenever that one car decides to pull out in front of that very big truck, or someone decides to pass that one railroad crossing gate, the train, or another car, collides with the other car. If intense enough, the cars will be set on fire and the driver can be hurt, which puts your fire stations and hospitals to more use than just extinguishing fires and curing diseases. It will take time for tow trucks to reach the area.



CITATIONS, PARKING VIOLATIONS, AND TOWING SERVICE:
When a car randomly runs a red light, stop sign, speeds, or parks where there's a no parking sign, they will receive a citation or get towed. A tow truck will tow the car and take it to the building, where the owner must pay to get it back.


NO PARKING SIGNS:
To prevent random people from parking where they want, you can set a no parking sign where they cannot park. In the intersections tab, in certain areas, will have a crossed off 'P.' You can select it and it will prevent the person from parking there.



If you actually stayed this long, congratulations, you reached the end of the thread. These were my ideas on what should be added in future updates. Share suggestions in the comments and they will be added to the list above.

Towing could be GREAT revenue for the city same goes for parking violations.

Yeah. So would paid leisure services. We should have some form of paid leisure in the base game. Another suggestion would be to make the game less cartoony.
Agree with the paid leisure I'm NOW wondering why the leisure buildings monetary values can't be adjusted up or down. That would a worthy add on. I also like the construction option too, the disaster team DOES repair the buildings the roads ARE repaired by the road crews. ALTHOUGH, if there was a disaster relief fund part of the city's budget that would be worth it.

I agree with crashes but I think that'll cause problems traffic mostly, thus the collision idea is GOOD may need work. Not having crashes helps for traffic to flow.

LOVING the beach house idea.

Literally yesterday they announced "Seaside Resorts" CCP.
