Yes I've played CIV II HOI 2 and other retro games recently. Cause my gameing rig is down for repairs and I moved back to my 15 year old Dell XPS710. I have protected it by not having an internet connection, so am sneeker netting patches over to it. now my question is can I get the their finest hour DLC and apply it by sneeker net? (I have it on steam, but need the dlc for a non steam version), (have HOI anthology CD set).
