My older laptop ran this same type of save no problem. I was trying to do a WC (maybe) so I do have a vassal swarm as Austria revoked. I'm running about a day a minute at 1690, and I just got a new computer. This makes me concerned on a couple of levels. I already did a fresh reinstall with local files deleted. Can anyone spot the issue because I thought I've covered all the drivers already.

I tested your save and deactivating the autonomous sieging on all your armies increases the speed to about 1 day per second on my relatively slow laptop.

I tested your safe, too. Even on a high end system i had like 20s/day ticks.
Could be worth a Bug Report.
