I have the deluxe edition , I went into geforce now and I had that dlc. I do not know why I don't have it on regular steam. I found this issue because I was trying to load a save my friend gave me.
 
Epirus was a pre-order bonus, not part of Deluxe. As far as I can tell you don't have a pre-order edition of this game ... why you have it in GFN I cannot say!
