confirmed - happens if a naval unit is cut off and cannot get to a port - it can appear in two place at the same time

here it shows up as if it was in norfolk but it is stuck in the black sea

Probably because the game knows that the "US Black Sea" fleet is going to starve to death :) So it makes the "Backup" fleet in Norfolk.

When I get into the code, I'll look at this first. I've only lightly browsed through the code so far.

Quick question...Did it just magically appear in the Black Sea or did it make its way into the Black Sea before Turkey became East Bulgaria? Reason for asking is that the Bosphorus Straits is unique not only in the game but IRL. When neutral Turkey controls the Strait, no North or South American country can trade with Bulgaria, Romania, or any released Black Sea country (i.e. Ukraine, Georgia, etc.). I would like to see if I can replicate how the Bosphorus Strait works IRL (Montreux Convention):
  • During peacetime, all ships (transport convoys, Transports, and military ships) would be able to pass through the straits, except CV and CVLs, regardless of nationality
  • If wartime and the country controlling the Straits is a neutral nation, then it works like peacetime above and the Straits become a no battle sea province
  • If wartime and the country controlling the Straits is not a neutral nation, then only nations that are allied to it would be able to pass ships through the Straits, including their transport convoys, CV, and CVLS.

it looks exactly like it is in norfolk (it does not get any repair or resupply) but clicking on it and getting the location it is still in the black sea - i think it got there when turkey was in the allies shortly and remained after getting annexed or losing control of the straights
