As King Sancho II Jimenez of Castille (1066), I was playing a typical game when I noticed what is almost certainly a glitch. Previously I had been able to conduct plots on any character by clicking the plot icon on their Character page; I was ordering assassination plots on my brothers, though I kept switching due to the changing conditions. Well, after I had vassalized them, it no longer allowed me to plot against them! What's more, going through the Intrigue page the only options are to kill some random heir apparent I don't care about and to "frame" two foreign lieges, and accepting those plots starts me off with ZERO plot power despite having an okay Intrigue score and Spymaster. Lastly, the same "frame" plot was placed on me by a Welshman, backed by those brothers. WTSF?

MAybe you cancelled the plot against them? If you cancel the plot against someone, you are not allowed to start any new plot against him / her for the next 3 (or 5? im not 100% sure) years.
