Significantly more. I talk about it a bit in my bloodline breeding guide (link in my signature), but basically they're as indiscriminate as Lunatic and Possessed characters, and also twice as likely as any other character to join murder plots.

one thing i would add into your guide, bloodlines that give flank leadership bonuses seems to give them regardless of religion aswell. thanks for the guide, looks like it might be really usefull.

And 1 thing about bastard inheritance. It seems like if father has a bastard with daughter then their children do not seem to gain bloodlines.
