Multiplayer game takes 20 minutes to load and disconnects due to synchronization issues after 5 minutes

Hello everyone,

I know there is a way to contact support but for some reason I cannot sign in to my account in order to open a new ticket so I'm posting this here with the hope it gets noticed.

I'm trying to play with a friend in multiplayer (we're already more than 600 years in), and each time I try to join him it takes 20 minutes to load. When I'm finally inside the game, we can play for 5 minutes before the game has synchronization issues and disconnects me.

I'm really losing my mind. I thought my PC was getting really old (it was) and changing it would fix it, but it turns out my faster PC gives me synchronization issues quicker...

Did somebody have this problem?

Our support system uses the same account and credentials as you've used successfully here, so I don't understand why you cannot log in there. What happens when you try?


As for the sync issues, do you get the same OOS error codes each time? Or different ones?

How large is the affected save game file?

Any mods in use?

Can you start and play a new unmodded campaign in MP okay?
 
Same OOS errors each time is typically a game bug, I'm afraid.

If there are no mods in use: Please make a new thread in Bug Reports, and attach there the affected saved game and any OOS logs you get.
