Molotov ribbentrop pact still being upheld with commie puppet germany

A similar thing happened in my latest game. After defeating Germany I (UK) made Germany democratic and Russia made Poland a puppet. Then, Russia proceeded to hand western Poland to democratic Germany...
Possible fixes:
-Make sure than the event cannot fire (or the AI will refuse if):
A) Poland has already been split once
B) Germany and Russia have been at war
C) Germany or Russia are subjects

Countless problems with the Molotov Ribentrop Pact have been reported since the game's release and it still hasn't been fixed despite post 1 year into the launch of the game. Crazy scenarios such as Germany honouring the pact with puppet Soviets or vice versa happens all the time even when the Soviets/Germany only has one piece of land left, they gain all of eastern/western Poland once the pact is honoured and its lulsy. Then Poland someone got Zaolzie as its only territory in cases where Germany owned the territory after the Molotov Ribbentrop pact fired and I was even more confused...
