If we produce a modified file for an existing scenario, how should we handle that?
(It seems that my text.csv file was overwritten by the latest 1.06 patch, and I have made the small change there - renaming THU to be Cymru - that will not affect gameplay but at least gives the proper name to Wales. Also BRA will again be appropriately renamed to Thüringia in my modified file.)
