My mod is unable to be updated.
I already contacted the Paradox support and we could not find a solution.
Steam is not syncronizing with the game and that seems to be the main problem of my mod to be unable to be updated.
I can not sync Steam, even if i use a VPN, update the game, change game files and by deleting all mods.
Our conclusion, in the support ticket of Paradox was, that when Steam can not sync, its no surprise that I can not update my mod.
So, I need a solution to fix that Steam is syncronizing my Steam Cloud with the game again.
There are no other Threads like this. I searched the whole internet.
STEPS I DID TO CREATE THE PROBLEM:
Create a mod.
Change the steam description of that mod.
Change the manifest description data to the steam description.
Steam-Cloud can not sync anymore.
Change something on your mod (ex: Sprites) and you will see that you will not be able to publish any more updated content of your mod.
