I am suggesting a mod for changing latitude/longitude. 
Using the DevMode, changing latitude and logitude has worked before and i was once even able to save an excisting city using the new coordinates.
I have to say that this was before the DLC was released.
But now when you are trying to modify latitude and/or longitude it all goes back to 0.0 0.0, so the ability to change coordinates seems to be revoked probably in one of the past updates.
With that we would also finally be able to set a real world city to its real coordinates.
Can it be (already) done?
