I won't lie to say that Europe is our focus for the time being, but as we move from region to region, around the globe - we will work our best to add the flavoir that each region truly deserves!

I could help with areas like Iran, Mesopotamia, and India -- I'm no expert on any of them but I would be glad to help out regardless.
