Mod buildings not appearing on xbox one

I've been playing arround and decided to jump into some of the mods on xbox,
only problem is most of it isn't showing mainly the pumpkin night club,the little alien and all sponsor buildings

Just wondering is there a way to get them to appear or are they broken

Alien will only spawn around 6, so could be you just haven't noticed them.
All sponsors should just work, I haven't had any reports on PC about it not working, there was a bug with certain mods and the paradox launcher version of the game, so it could be something related to that? Wait till armstrong update is out and see if they work then.

Pumpkin might be using a custom shader in the entity file, which xbox doesn't like, but that would just make part of the actual building invisible and I don't think that's your issue?
