What are (roughly) the minimum system requirements for HoI?

Will it run on my 600mhz processor, with 192mb of ram, and 8 megs of vram?

• 16-bit display
• 64 megabytes of memory
• 200 megabytes of hard drive space (minimum install)
• DirectX 8.1
• Graphics adapter with 2 mb memory.
• Windows 9X, ME, 2000 or XP

Recommended
• Pentium III 600 or better processor
• 1024 X 768 display.
• 16-bit display
• 128 megabytes of memory or more
• 400 megabytes of hard drive space (full install)
