Migrating EU IV to a new PC

I bought EU IV at the Microsoft store. I just bought a new PC. How can I get the game software running on my new PC?

Also, someone said I could pay $5 per month to get EU Iv on steam with all the updates etc...How do I do that? I did not see that on steam. Thanks.

If you use the same account in the microsoft store on your new PC which you used on the old PC, you should just be able to install it.

That's the subscription. But you need to own the base game on steam to make use of the subscription.

You install it on your new machine exactly as you did on the old one.
