It's been discussed before... and I think in the end the conclusion was that someone (presumably holding some copyright over the whole Middle Earth business) was being a general pain in the *** for mods based on Middle Earth...
Nevertheless, I still like the idea.
The question is, ofcourse, what part(s)/time(s) of Middle Earth one would want to portray.... since they're majorly different.
