So I can't use my normal sound output thru my speakers "Realtek HD Audio".
When the menu buttons will not work except quit.
But when I plugin my usb headphones "USB PnP ..."
The game works and all the buttons on the menu works.
Is there any way to fix this so i can use my speakers and not my headphone when playing.

btw Audio drivers version: 10.0.18362.1 The latest I could find.
adding the output log too.

Hi, we'll take a look at this. Did you change the primary audio source when the game was on, or when the game was closed? Was the Realtek HD Audio speakers set to be your primary audio source in Windows?

1. I Changed primary audio source when the game was closed. And then it worked.
1.2 I Changed primary audio source when the game was on. And it not work.

2.1 When the Realtek HD was my primary audio source in Windows . Game menu fails.
2.2 When the USB PnP ... was my primary audio source in Windows . Game menu works.

....----....
Okey so it was probably not the game after all. "Sorry"
I reinstalled the realtek drivers, poked around in the windows audio settings, restarting windows audio endpoint
And now it works.
It could have been a windows update or nvidia something else that screwed with my system?? I don't know.
