So I'm using the -MapEditor feature to draw/color new provinces for my Custom Map. I save my changes however -MapEditor doesn't save the changes because it can't. There is no file directory that leads to map_data\province.png which explains why it doesn't save. This leads to my confusion. . . why does the -MapEditor have tools that let you draw/change/edit provinces, but not let you save those changes?
