Making shields/flags with Paint Shop Pro?

Is it possible to make Victoria-style shields and flags using Paint Shop Pro?

The tutorial included it for PhotoShop, but I must imagine that there is some way to do this with Paint Shop Pro.

you can do everything except distort the flags. That is a photoshop-only feature.

i did it in 7.0

My mistake, I wasn't sure if the graphics forum was for completed graphics only.

Just for completeness, you mean by distortion giving the sheilds the "wavy" look, right?

Correct. I am referring specifically to the "Displace" function that uses a Displacement map : a .psd file.

Alex, it would really help if you can get some more information for me, as then I can change the file to make it photoshop 5.5 compatible (hopefully)
