Hi there, I made a thread on the Steam forum for AoW3 a day+ ago and have received one reply so far from someone experiencing the same issue (and adviced that it seems to work in Guest mode).

When I hit "play" in Steam the Triumph Launcher appears like always.
-If I click Play then the status in Steam flickrs for two seconds and then nothing else happens.
-If I toggle the Guest mode in the Launcher then the game launches correctly as it did a week ago.
-If debug mode is enabled and all mods are disabled and I hit play (not in guest mode) the error occurs and all the debug logs say are:

[18:19:41][LOBBY_CLIENT]Connecting to server...
[18:19:57][INFO][LobbyClient][CON1]Connected (54.229.188.129:48035)
[18:19:57]STATE [Play]

Am not sure whether the Triumph support email for AoW3 is still valid so posting here.
