It's not really a bug just a little annoyance, would love more control and be able to assign just 1 or 2 vehicles for public transport routes. Sometimes you have a small line and the game wants to put 4 vehicles on it causing lots of crowded traffic jams. Would love to be able to just have 1 vehicle on a line or maybe 2
