Not sure im posting on the right forum since I was playing the CORE hoi mod, but its pretty weird, when playing on veryhard/agressive as Germany things didn't go as planned, since lacking resources I decide to conquer Rumania, this all worked out well in winter 1939, but early 1940 the Russians decide this wasn't allowed and DOW me. Having to fight a 2-front war in 1940 was gonna be tough but I wanted not to quit. So I decide to take care of Russia first (which isn't going well, Finland almost down and have only got 1 provence now in early 1941) but the weird thing was when I was focused on the eastfront France attacks Saarbrucken and conquers it. Np so far but suddenly I notice Koln has resources while its still conected to BErlin. Now Im low on resources and need those really bad. Here's a screenie.
