I don't know if this has been handled yet, but the last time I did a game of Ck2, I was seeking to port it over to EU4 as well. However, after converting it said it was not up to date with the current version of EU4.
Being able to do mega campaigns stretching from any date in CK2 but especially the earliest start date all the way to the end of EU4's time frame is one of the reasons why I love both games. So it would be wonderful if the converter was kept up to date to continue allowing this to be a thing that you can do.
