I don't think mods have tutorials. Does the tutorial work in the base game?
Are you really asking about Darkest Hour or were you looking for HOI4?

Darkest Hour Kaiserreich-DH 1.9.3 mod. The DH Full and Light tutorials work fine. Not Kaiserreich. Any suggestions?

Honestly, no. If I were you I would ask in the KR Mod thread.

EDIT: but unless the KR team made a KR-specific tutorial, and honestly I doubt that, you're not missing out on anything.
