I am playing Italy, HSR 2.10.

I do not understand why so much of my IC is being sucked up on consumer goods (I am using automatic slider settings). So far I am making billions, but am not actually producing anything, which is a pain to say the least! Can anyone tell me how I can ameliorate this?
