Did you end up finding a solution to your problem? I've checked out your maps and they seem okay at first glance. Your normal map is quite huge though, not sure if that was intentional or not, but that shouldn't be causing the issue afaik. I'm thinking it could be to do with shading groups / edge normals. I only use Maya so can't help you on that front, but best practice is to usually have all edges be soft and let your normal maps do the sharpening
