New/More accurate flags for Duchies of Meath, Ulster and counties of Oriel, Desmond, Thomond and Breifne.
It's a long shot but i'd love if the dev team could update these in a patch, thanks

Install: Just unzip then copy paste the files into the gfx/flags folder (overwite the old file when prompted). Back up your gfx/flags folder aswell before installation
Feel free to use them in mods also
