Iraq problem

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is by design.

When Iraq is at war with the Allies and the Germans declare war on them, they are NOT at war with them. You have to DOW them AGAIN to be at war with them

It seems like the first DOW just gets them out of war with the Allies only.

It wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't for the dissent hit of two DOWs

That problem doesn't seem to be part of this mod. It is on how HoI handles wars.

It is strange that you can DOW a country and not be at war with them. Next time I'll DOW them before they revolt and declare war on the Allies.
