Could someone make a patch or a mod in order to make the island of Malta an independent state? Or at least can someone explain to me how to create a state? You know I am Maltese and there's nothing better than playing with your own country, I'm sick and tired of either playing as Britain or Tuscany. :wacko: Thanking you in advance Malti.
There is a stickied thread in the main Scenario's and Modification page. It will show you how to create Malta in a few easy steps. I actually created Malta some time ago but I lost the files.
