Like in CK2, a character just turns out to be a polar bear. Similar to finding out a low security prisoner is actually a gang leader.

Characteristics:
Large, pale white, snout.
Very high need for food, sleep, exercise, freedom.
Very low need for hygiene, comfort, safety, environment.
No need for clothing, warmth, recreation, literacy, spirituality, luxuries, drugs, alcohol.
Family need? Are their family bears too or were they fooled just like the justice system was???
Violent traits, petty theft (food, pick-a-nick baskets), but no "smart" traits.
Always extremely strong, extremely tough, extremely deadly, fearless, quick.
Maybe volatile or cop killer, but nothing else.

We can make this happen people. You have to believe in the power of your dreams.

I just used my "Name in Game" made a very special bear with bio. (Yes, it is based on real life. There is actually a bear that is unofficially sentenced as guilty and is kind like in prison right now )
Now, it's up to developer to decide whether to approve it. :p
